Name the source type, who receives it and whether it is ongoing, irregular or limited to a fixed term. Keep household contributions separate from personal earnings. This prevents a shared total from obscuring whose evidence supports which row.

Map weekly, fortnightly and monthly records to the dates they cover. Do not compare issue dates when they represent different work periods. A visual overlap is useful because it shows which sources operated simultaneously and which replaced one another. Preserve a source that begins mid-period as a partial interval rather than stretching it across the full month.
